麺は少なめ、でもとても美味しい！ 土曜昼過ぎで4人並んでいてもすぐ入れました。 辛さと痺れが5段階の中から選べます。 私は辛さ3・痺れ4で注文。狙い通り、花椒が強めに効いてました。 卓上には大蒜・腐乳(イカの塩辛みたいな味)・黒酢があり、味変も楽しめます。 本格担々麺が食べたい時にまた伺います！！！
