Go out the main ticket gate of Jiyugaoka Station, and turn right at the corner of the bus terminal with "Bee's House" and "Mizuho Bank" on the right. Go straight for about 600 meters (about 8 minutes) on the road (Cattleya Street) between "Coffee Tea House Shu" and "Mizuho Bank".
