About 10 minutes on foot from Ropponmatsu Station
If you take the route from the Ropponmatsu intersection toward Akasaka, the third alley (enter between "rakhair" and "Miyahara Real Estate") is a very steep slope. Go up at an angle and follow the road until you reach the end of the street. The first Y-junction is the destination.
Behind the house is the Fukuoka University Seminar House. It is better to bring a map with you because you will get lost in the residential area.
